Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of tachograph/driving regulations.
• Experience in FMCG transport preferred.
• Planning skills to meet deadlines.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail with IT skills.
• Team player with individual work capability.
• CPC National knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan driver and vehicle resources effectively.
• Create daily run summary to meet deadlines.
• Liaise for pre-loading and unloading operations.
• Plan runs based on shift patterns and availability.
• Ensure legal compliance regarding vehicle defects.
• Communicate clear instructions to drivers.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.
• Assist with disciplinary procedures.
