Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning of routes and deputising for planning during annual leave.
• Maintain operational KPIs and SLAs with the customer.
• Carry out all administrative traffic duties accurately and professionally.
• Liaise with line management for the effective use of hire vehicles.
• Escalate details of vehicle accidents to line management.
• Record defected vehicles on traffic sheets.
• Debrief drivers on return for runs.
