Job summary

[Unknown] Transport Consultancy in London is seeking a Transport Planner with around 2-4 years' experience to join a growing team. You will support delivery on development-led projects, perform TA/TS/Travel Plan work, and assist with surveys and data analysis.

You will liaise with authorities and stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and help manage deadlines while developing your expertise under senior supervision.

Qualifications

• Around 2-4 years' experience within a transport planning consultancy.
• Experience working on development-led projects, ideally across London.
• Previous experience with Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and/or Travel Plans.
• A good understanding of transport planning principles and relevant planning policy.
• Experience analysing traffic, parking or transport data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience using software such as TRICS, AutoTrack, TEMPro, QGIS or similar would be advantageous.

Transport Planner

Location: London

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are working with an established transport planning consultancy that is looking to appoint a Transport Planner to join its growing London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a transport planner with around 2-4 years' experience to develop their career within a supportive consultancy, gaining exposure to a broad range of development-led projects across London and the wider South East.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced transport planners on a range of projects, supporting the delivery of transport planning advice for developers, architects, planning consultants and other private-sector clients.

We are looking for someone with:
