RGB Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a Transport Planner at graduate/assistant level to join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. You will work alongside senior planners on a portfolio of development-led projects, gaining mentorship and building essential technical skills.
The role covers transport assessments, travel plans, trip generation, and data analysis using LinSig, Junctions 9, AutoCAD and AutoTRACK.
We're working with a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that's looking to recruit a Transport Planner to join its growing team.
This role would ideally suit someone with around 1-2 years' post-graduate experience in transport planning, although we're equally keen to hear from recent graduates who can demonstrate the right attitude, aptitude and enthusiasm to learn.
You'll be joining a collaborative transport planning team, working alongside an experienced Senior Transport Planner and Principal Transport Planner, while receiving mentoring and support from the Transport Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills, work on a varied portfolio of development-led projects and progress your career within a supportive environment.
Working across a broad range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, you'll assist in the preparation of transport planning reports and technical assessments while developing your understanding of the planning process and highway design.
