Qualifications

  • Education in Transport Engineering, Geography or Transport Planning.
  • Experience in development focused transport planning.
  • Professional membership or seeking membership in CIHT or ICE.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Transport Notes, Statements, Assessments, and Travel Plans.
  • Understand relevant local and national policy and guidance.
  • Model junction capacity using Junctions software.
  • Design traffic signals using LinSig.
  • Design access and junction improvements using AutoCAD.
  • Conduct Swept Path Analysis using AutoTrack.
  • Prepare high-quality graphics using GIS or Corel Draw.
  • Contribute to business targets.

What you need to succeed
