Transport Operations Planner

Location : Coleshill, Birmingham

Salary : £30,000 £35,000

Working Hours : MonFri 129pm + 4 / 5 hours every other Sunday (Sunday's can be worked remotely once trained)

We're looking for an organised and proactive Transport Operations Planner to join our client’s transport team. You’ll plan and coordinate daily transport for a fleet of around 8 vehicles, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and great customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and monitor fleet movements 20-23 vehicles of around 8 various sized vehicles
• Liaise with drivers, customers & warehouse teams
• Ensure transport compliance and accurate paperwork
• Support continuous improvement and team performance
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to transportation
