Qualifications

  • Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Hold an International CPC Qualification.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth O-Licence compliance knowledge.
  • H&S qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate preferred.
  • Experience with driver management and fatigue/risk management.
  • Strong multi-drop and last-mile experience.
  • Experience with temperature-controlled operations is beneficial.
  • Commercial acumen for budget and P&L ownership.
