As Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, managing logistics and ensuring regulatory compliance.

An average day as a Transport Manager

• Responsible for first line driver management
• Allocate work to drivers and load planning
• Conduct gate checks and licence checks
• Carry out internal monthly audits
• Oversee vehicle maintenance PMI, repairs etc
• Monitoring drivers hours and records, analyse of monthly reports downloaded from Tachomaster
• Complete walk round checks

About you

• Experience working as a Transport Manager
• Hold a CPC licence
• HGV licence (preferable)
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Flexible and 'can do' attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills, representing the company brand image at all times.
