KTrans are a Western Australian family owned and operated transport and logistics business operating from our modern facilities across multiple locations in Kenwick, Welshpool, Kwinana, and the Pilbara region with a focus of providing quality end-to-end logistics solutions for our business partners.

The Role:

This entry-level role is designed for someone motivated, organised, and ready to learn. As part of the role, there is the opportunity to complete a nationally recognised traineeship starting with foundational tasks in warehousing, transport coordination, and administration; the trainee will progressively build technical knowledge, operational confidence, and a strong understanding of compliance, including the Chain of Responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Transport & Logistics supervisors assisting with daily tasks
• Work towards completing a nationally recognised traineeship in Transport & Logistics
• Support warehouse & dispatch functions as needed
• Liaise with customers
• Assist with scheduling, job allocation, compliance documentation, and communication with drivers
• Understand and apply Chain of Responsibility principles
• Collaborate with various departments
• Complete other reasonable tasks as directed
