A leading logistics company in Blackburn is seeking a Transport Logistic Assistant for a Bathgate-based client. This role involves operating in the transport department, loading and unloading trucks, and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A permanent contract is offered for the right candidate after the temporary phase. The position pays £12.38 per hour, with shifts from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Experience with proof of deliveries and working with external suppliers is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the transport department, performing duties including moving stock around the department and loading areas.
• Load and unload trucks and operate different machinery as required.

Ongoing temporary role, leading to a permanent contract for the right candidate. Shifts based on the rota with working hours from 9am to 6pm. Paid weekly at £12.38 per hour.
