Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Transport & Fleet Manager to lead our transport team across branches in Essex. You will own fleet compliance, safety and maintenance while coordinating movements of vehicles and equipment to deliver a first-class service.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with benefits including 32 days annual leave, a company vehicle, pension and staff perks. You will drive improvements and manage supplier relationships to optimise operations.

Qualifications

• Road Haulage CPC qualification required.
• 2+ years in transport, logistics or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and Operator's Licence compliance.

• At least 2 years' transport, logistics or fleet management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and Operator's Licence compliance.
• A confident leader with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Location: Essex
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm
