Job summary

Biffa Waste Services is recruiting a Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator to organise day-to-day depot operations, allocate vehicles and plan routes while ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.

You will enhance customer service, manage drivers, oversee vehicle checks and maintenance, and handle payroll, timesheets and tachograph records while using MS Office to drive cost-efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport administration or dispatch.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to plan daily routes and workloads.
• Excellent communication with drivers and managers.
• Knowledge of health & safety procedures.
