Are you a Transport Coordinator or looking to get into this line of work and join an award-winning company who will offer specialist industry training and certifications, as well as a clear line of progression?

As the Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the daily transport operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the link between the clients, drivers and management team, ensuring journeys are planned accurately, vehicles are utilised effectively and customers receive outstanding service.

This role would suit an individual with experience in transport, logistics or fleet operations who is confident with scheduling and problem-solving, and who is looking to grow their career within the transport industry as part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.

The Role
  • Plan, schedule and allocate vehicles and drivers for all bookings and contracts
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, customers and internal teams
  • Support the Operations Manager with daily coordination tasks
The Person
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in transport, logistics or fleet coordination (preferred but not essential)
  • Commutable to Horley
