We\'re looking for a proactive Transport Coordinator to join a fast-paced, people-focused team committed to first-class service and continuous improvement.

The Role

• Oversee the daily work schedule and route planning for drivers
• Manage driver and vehicle scheduling to meet customer requirements
• Accommodate additional customer orders efficiently on a daily basis
• Monitor and manage driver performance, recognising excellence where it\'s due
• Ensure all operational activities comply with legal, environmental, and company policies

What You\'ll Need

• Proven experience in Transport Planning or Coordination
• Strong knowledge of EU Tachograph Laws & Working Time Directive (WTD)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good geographical knowledge of UK & Ireland
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
