Right now, we are looking for a Coordinator to join our Transport Team at our Fulfilment Centre in Stafford.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for all operational and site aspects of transport for our Stafford Fulfilment Centre and its off-site partners. Maintaining an initiative-taking approach to risk management and adherence to site health & safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. You will ensure the operation consistently meets the requirements of the business, in terms of quality, productivity, whilst taking care of daily and weekly operations reporting and key performance indicators management. Creating effective working relationships within Transport, to build a climate where colleagues feel valued and engaged.
