• Navigate the legal and statutory landscapes associated with infrastructure projects, traffic management, and highway schemes.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with contractors, sub‑contractors, and statutory undertakers.
• Interpret complex technical documentation and apply it to practical scenarios.
• Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of growth and learning.

Experience and Qualifications

• To excel in this role, you will need considerable experience in inspecting and maintaining detailed records, managing contracts, and project delivery.
