A leading recruitment agency in the UK is looking for a Transport Clerk in Thrapston and Islip. The role offers a pay of £15.55 per hour, with shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00. Responsibilities include general transport administration, using Microlise for planning, and managing driver despatch and compliance. Ideal candidates have strong telephone and computer skills, with the possibility for ongoing part-time work in the new year.
If you have excellent telephone and computer skills, then we have a great position working for our leading company based in Thrapston and Islip. Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Clerk to work in Thrapston and Islip. The pay is £15.55 per hour and £23.33 after 40 hours. You will typically work any 5 out of 7 with early and late rotating start times. This is a temporary role until the end of Christmas with the potential for ongoing part time in the new year. Immediate start available and training will be given once started.
Our ideal Transport Clerk will have excellent telephone skills and be computer literate. You will be able to enter data into the relevant system and experience of using Excel spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and comfortable in a pressurised environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Transport industry but this is not essential.
