A leading transport and infrastructure company is seeking a Transport and Compliance Manager to oversee the transportation fleet at their Camberley Depot. This role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing safety protocols, and managing vehicle maintenance programs. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, along with in-depth knowledge of UK transportation regulations. A full UK driver’s licence is also required. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary range and benefits.

Due to continued growth and development we are looking for a Transport and Compliance Manager to join our Transport Division at the Camberley Depot. The role focuses on efficient and compliant operation of the transportation fleet, with meticulous maintenance planning, regulatory adherence and safety protocol implementation.

Permanent, full-time
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
£31,000 - £37,500 (subject to experience), plus a company vehicle and fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance within the context of our operations. In-depth knowledge of UK transportation regulations and compliance standards is required, as is experience with maintenance software and record-keeping systems. A full UK driver’s licence is crucial to the role.
