Job summary

DXC Technology in Hampshire seeks a Transition Process Consultant to design and implement end‑to‑end service transition processes across infrastructure, platforms, networking and service management.

You will align governance, risk and compliance with ITIL 4, manage supplier transitions and coordinate cross‑tower workflows, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and ensuring a smooth handover to business‑as‑usual operations.

Qualifications

• Experience applying service transition principles, change enablement, and release management in large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Design governance models for supplier-to-supplier transitions in multi-supplier environments.
• Proficient in BPMN process modelling and SOP development.
• Knowledge of ITSM tooling and ServiceNow to support transition workflows.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end service transition processes.
• Manage the transition lifecycle from strategy to handover to BAU.
• Define cross-tower integration workflows and dependencies.
• Maintain risk registers and compliance checkpoints.
• Align stakeholder and supplier processes with DXC's delivery methods.
