A global technology company in London is seeking a Director of People Programme Management to lead high-impact HR initiatives during a maternity cover. You will oversee alignment of HR strategy with business goals and program manage major change projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing large-scale transformations and an ability to work closely with executive teams.
