Job summary

IG Group in City of London is seeking a Programme Manager on a 12‑month FTC to run the day-to-day governance, reporting and risk management for a broad transformation programme spanning technology, operating model and procurement.

You will own stakeholder relationships, coordinate multiple workstreams, track benefits and budgets, and deliver concise reporting to the Transformation Director with a hands‑on, outcomes‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, multi-workstream programmes.
• Ability to balance Agile and traditional delivery methods.
• Proven track record of benefits realisation and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Own governance: cadence, decision logs, RAID, and reporting standards.
• Maintain integrated milestones, dependencies, risks and benefits view.
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented reporting for ExCo and Steering Group.
• Coordinate initiative owners and workstream leads across projects.
• Support budget tracking, forecast benefits and realised savings.
• Provide hands-on support to at-risk initiatives and drive adoption.
