Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Digital Change Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end digital transformation programs within Digital, Bristol and London HQ. You will own plans, budgets, risks and delivery against defined outcomes while driving change adoption across operating models.

You will apply data analysis, process redesign and continuous improvement to identify efficiency gains, empower cross-functional teams, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, project management or PMO.
• Experience in change management frameworks.
• Ability to build transformation and project plans from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives, managing plans, budgets, risks and delivery against business outcomes.
• Use data analysis and process redesign to identify opportunities that improve performance, efficiency and value.
• Facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional teams to define scope and implement solutions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and secure alignment on strategy and progress.
