Global Services Organisation are looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to play a key role in a major operational and digital transformation programme, supporting the move from a legacy system to a new ERP platform across their global operations.
As Transformation Manager, you’ll lead the operational change and readiness activities that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, data, and service delivery teams to ensure transformation goals are met on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
The Transformation Manager will be responsible for:
Lead the operational transformation element of the ERP implementation across multiple regions and service lines.
Drive process improvement, standardisation, and change adoption to ensure smooth transition to new systems.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define and deliver readiness plans, communication, and training.
Act as the link between technology delivery and operational teams, ensuring solutions meet real-world business needs.
Embed governance, reporting, and feedback mechanisms to sustain long-term change.
The Transformation Manager will have proven experience of:
Operational transformation and change management within large, complex organisations.
Strong understanding of ERP or large-scale system implementations.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Comfortable building structure and governance in evolving or fast-paced environments.
Ability to deliver tangible results through collaboration, influence, and leadership.
