We’re searching for a UK based Transformation Manager to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team, helping us deliver strategic transformation initiatives that elevate outcomes for healthcare organisations across the NHS and private sector. The Transformation Manager will lead both internal and customer-facing change programmes to modernise delivery models, improve customer experience, and drive the adoption of our cloud-based solutions across the GRC portfolio.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success – to align on pricing, product parity, migration planning, and customer communication.
  • Champion customer needs to ensure transformation programmes deliver measurable improvements in adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement structured change management programmes to help internal teams and customers adapt smoothly to new processes and technologies.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement in how GRC solutions are delivered, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders, acting as the bridge between internal functions and our customer base to ensure transformation goals are understood, tracked, and achieved.
  • Define success metrics, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring visibility and accountability across all initiatives.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
  • Proven experience in managing customer transformation projects, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or governance/regulatory environments.
  • Strong background in customer success, transformation, or change management roles.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex cross-functional initiatives balancing technical, commercial, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action.
