At Complii, we are looking for a skilled and delivery-focused Transformation Manager to lead the integration and optimisation of systems and processes across our growing group. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team, IT specialists, and operational managers to deliver group-wide transformation projects, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across our Water, Fire, and Electrical divisions. This is a pivotal role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to help Complii achieve its vision of a fully integrated, data-driven organisation.

• Lead transformation and integration projects across newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth adoption of core systems such as Simpro and Sage Intacct.
• Develop and manage structured project plans, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and accountability across multiple work.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to design, implement, and embed scalable processes that align with group standards.
• Provide guidance and leadership to implementation teams, ensuring consistency, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving corrective actions where needed.
• Champion user adoption through engagement, training, and post-go-live support, ensuring long-term success of transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrable experience delivering transformation, system implementation, or business integration projects within complex, multi-site organisations.
• Strong understanding of operational or financial platforms such as Simpro, Sage Intacct, or similar cloud-based systems.
