A dynamic, small-cap private equity–backed technology company is searching for a strategic, commercially minded Human Resources Director to join the executive team and lead the next phase of organisational growth.

As we scale internationally and accelerate transformation across the business, we need a proven HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, PE environments, brings deep change and transformation expertise, and has a track record of shaping people strategies that enable rapid value creation.

The Role

In this pivotal leadership position, you will:

  • Build and execute a forward-thinking people strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans.
  • Lead complex change, transformation, and organisational design initiatives across multiple international markets.
  • Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and PE investors to drive performance, culture, and capability.
  • Strengthen leadership, talent, and succession frameworks to support international scale-up.
  • Develop a modern, data-driven HR function that supports agile, entrepreneurial business operations.
About You

We’re seeking a candidate who brings:

  • Significant HR leadership experience within private equity-backed technology businesses.
  • A strong track record of business transformation, cultural change, and scaling organisations internationally.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a small-cap, high-velocity environment.
