A regional healthcare provider is looking for a motivated individual to support transformation initiatives across two organisations. Responsibilities include managing communications, developing visual content, and planning events. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative processes and excellent communication skills, with a focus on creativity and collaboration. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £31,049 to £37,796 per annum with benefits including flexible working and annual leave.
This is a joint role as part of the Transformation Team across Stockport Foundation Trust and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust. The key focus of this role is to support Transformation projects, National Initiatives and Improvement work across both Trusts through the development of various promotion and communication materials.
The post holder will take a lead role in supporting improvement work across both organisations, this includes managing all communications for the teams, managing the planning and delivery of promotional events and in the overseeing or development of all visual content that comes out of the Transformation Teams at both Trusts, including the management and facilitation of the Annual Transformation Events on both sites.
The post holder will be expected to exercise initiative with an understanding of the objectives of both organisations which will underpin promotional communications.
