Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Transformation Consultant to join its London office. You will steer complex transformation initiatives for some of the world's largest wealth managers, partnering with commercial, delivery and solution teams to shape client outcomes.

You will build credibility through storytelling, workshop outputs and persuasive PowerPoint decks, travel globally as needed, and coach cross‑functional teams across geographies to deliver against ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial or technology/business transformation projects.
• Experience working in a commercial role.
• Degree level education, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, with ability to engage senior figures.
• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas at business level.
• Willingness to travel globally.

• Working with clients and prospects at a senior level to provide thought leadership and guidance through large transformation exercises.
• Building internal networks and robust teams across skillsets and geographies to create a proficient transformation plan.
• Assisting Sales and KAM to build compelling stories to support transformation commercialization in PowerPoint decks.
• Partnering with stakeholders across project delivery, solution architecture, sales and key account management.

This is a unique opportunity for a Transformation Consultant with a rich background in technology and business transformation projects to join our London office. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will facilitate the most complex deals that Avaloq undertakes for the world's largest wealth managers and private banks.

You will play a key role in unifying various transformation streams and collating workshop outputs to determine the path of transformation. Your work will effectively support the commercial teams to demonstrate Avaloq's transformation capability through rapport-building, storytelling and real-world examples to our client and prospect base.

• Working with clients and prospects at a senior level to provide thought leadership, instil trust and to guide them through large transformation exercises
• Building internal networks and robust teams across skillsets and geographies within Avaloq, articulating the ambition of the project, client goals and desired outcomesto create a proficient transformation plan
• Assisting Sales and KAM to build compelling stories to support the commercialisation of the transformation exercise in the form of verbal stories to informative PowerPoint decks
• Partnering with various stakeholders across project delivery, solution architecture, sales and key account management

• Proven track record working in a commercial role and/or technology or business transformation projects, ideally in Financial Services or global enterprise with an understanding of sales and
• Experience working in a commercial role
• Educated to degree level in any discipline, or equivalent professional work experience
• Exemplary stakeholder management abilities ranging from networking, presenting to senior figures and engaging with clients
• Adaptable communication skills to overcome knowledge and language barriers when articulating technical or complex concepts at business level
• Flexibility to travel globally on a case-by-case basis
