Job summary

Moneybox is seeking a delivery-focused operations professional to advance pensions transfer workflows and provider relationships. You will map end-to-end transfers, standardise submission processes, and help create scalable playbooks grounded in real work for the pensions team.

We offer a hybrid policy with two days in our London office by the Oxo Tower and three days from home, plus benefits including a company pension, private medical insurance, and wellbeing programs to support your impact.

Qualifications

• Track record of building relationships and processes from scratch with minimal supervision.
• Comfort managing external relationships and a small internal team simultaneously.
• Data-literate with a practical mindset.
• Experience in financial services or operations is helpful; pensions understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with providers using the right contacts and escalation paths.
• Map end-to-end transfers between Moneybox and providers, identifying bottlenecks.
• Standardise how information is submitted to providers to speed up cases.
• Explore provider flex in requirements to smooth transfers for customers.
• Lead live cases initially and help steer a small team to ground work in reality.
• Create scalable playbooks of processes for the larger Pensions team.

• Create playbooks of processes that will be operated by the larger Pensions team in a scalable way.

Working Policy:
