Identify Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on acoustic engineer to own the performance of automotive transducers from concept to production.
You will work across simulation, lab testing and listening teams, collaborating with mechanical, electrical and systems engineers to balance performance, cost and manufacturability, while developing measurement and validation methods. The role offers end-to-end responsibility, on-site facilities, and opportunities to contribute to IP.
Salary: up to £55k plus benefits

This is a genuinely hands on engineering role where you will take full ownership of acoustic performance, developing automotive drive units from early concept through prototypes, measurement, validation and production support. You will be close to the hardware, solving real problems and seeing your work make it into vehicles.
You will work across simulation, lab testing, listening work and iteration, collaborating closely with mechanical, electrical and systems engineers to balance performance, cost and manufacturability.
Strong electroacoustic fundamentals and real transducer experience across design, modelling and testing. Automotive experience is a plus, not essential.
