Our client is currently seeking to hire a Transactional Accounts Manager with experience in the manufacturing sector and proficiency in manufacturing ERP software.

Your responsibilities:

As a Senior Bookkeeper, your main focus will be managing, recording, and tracking all high‑volume invoice transactions and events representing the company’s cash flow, both incoming and outgoing.

  • Managing bank and statement reconciliations
  • Reconciling GBP, EURO, and USD accounts
  • Responsibility for the sales ledger, including raising invoices, credits, and statements
  • Purchase ledger duties, including high-volume invoicing, matching, batching, coding (POs), and making BACS payment runs
  • Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
  • Effectively collaborating on all accounts and supplier queries
Required Experience:
  • 2‑3 years+ of previous experience in an all‑round accounts role with the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant and ERP experience within: SAP, Oracle, ERP, MRP, Efacs, Epicor, Excel, NexSys, Infor, or similar.

Salary circa £38,000 per annum.
