A Somerset-based firm of chartered accountants is seeking a Transaction Tax Senior Manager to lead a team and advise on transactions, including sales, acquisitions and reorganisations.

You will work with a diverse client base, progressing in a growing business with flexible, hybrid working arrangements and potential remote working options.

Formación

• Qualified with CTA, ATT, ACCA or ACA.

• 4–5+ years in the sector.

A leading Somerset based firm of chartered accountants has a requirement for a Transaction Tax Senior Manager to join their successful corporate tax team as a key addition, managing a team and advising on transactions, including business sales, acquisitions, reorganisations and working with a wide ranging, complex and interesting client base, progressing in your career in this growing business.

A highly successful and regarded accountancy practice. The firm acts for wide ranging clients in turnovers from typically more than £5million up to in excess of £100 million on larger clients. Flexible working arrangements are viable to explore within this firm across being office based, mix of home and office involvement and equally there is potential for a remote working arrangement visiting the office once a month or so for example to be explored. Description

Joining as Transaction Tax Senior Manager with a Somerset office base whilst with flexibility to offer remote working dependent on the right candidates location you will join an experienced team focused on advising clients throughout transactions advising shareholders and business owners on the sale of businesses, buy-out and transaction structures. business transfers, reorganisations and restructuring and tax due diligence work. You will work closely with clients, progress in your career and carve a key, long term role within the growing, leading firm of chartered accountants.

Profile

You will be any of CTA, ATT, ACCA, ACA qualified with a career background within corporate tax with significant experience within transaction tax. Your experience will have most likely have been developed within a Top 4, Top 10 or Top 50 firm environment, or independent firm of any size. You will have developed to around the Corporate Tax Senior Manager, or Transaction Tax Senior Manager levels seeking the right move with at least four to five years or significantly many more years experience in the sector. You will be looking for a role and environment where you can develop and progress in your corporate tax career.

Job Offer

Circa £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on the experience and background of the right professional, plus benefits.
