Role Overview

As a key member of the rapidly expanding Transaction Services team, you will oversee the delivery of Financial Due Diligence / FDD projects. You will work closely with senior management and clients from a range of sectors, to provide strategic pre‑deal reviews. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the success of key clients and contribute to the growth of our client's practice in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage transaction services engagements, including buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing insights on transaction strategies.
