BDO is seeking a Transaction Services Manager/Senior Manager to lead advisory projects, oversee transactional work, and collaborate with senior management across clients. You will manage teams and ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent, prior staff supervision experience, and excellent MS Office skills. We offer agile working and strong career development within the UK practice.

• For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a good knowledge of the relevant legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
