Job summary

BDO in the UK is seeking a Director/Associate Director to lead financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions, disposals and capital markets transactions. You will drive value, build high-performing teams and deliver data-driven, commercially focused advice to clients.

This is a diverse role requiring ownership of day-to-day delivery, networking with senior stakeholders, and guiding teams through complex transaction lifecycles while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Services, ideally within a consultancy setting.
• Ability to build networking relationships with referrers to support business development.
• Experience managing teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong approach to managing risk.
• Demonstrates a pro-active approach to continuous development.
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for clients across acquisitions, disposals and capital markets transactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance our service offering and lead high-performing teams.
• Take ownership of day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
