Amazon is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Global Realty team in the UK. You will identify, due diligence, and secure sites for first-to-last mile logistics facilities to support the EU network expansion and future-proof the existing network.
You will renew leasehold assets with strategic foresight over 3–10 years and provide real estate guidance to internal teams across functions. Strong negotiation and end-to-end program ownership are essential.
Amazon is looking to hire an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Global Realty team and play a critical role in driving the EU Network expansion. This role will identify, undertake due diligence and secure sites for both "First, Middle, and Last" mile logistics facilities to provide flexibility and optionality for the current launch plan for both growth for Amazon Operations and future proofing the existing network. The candidate will also be responsible for the renewal of existing leasehold assets, involving strategic foresight on a 3-10-year period, providing real estate strategic advice to internal operational teams.
Closely collaborate with multiple teams incl. Amazon Operations, Network planning, Legal, Finance, Public Policy, Pre-construction and Design and Construction, Asset Management and Lease Administration groups to deliver projects according to business need and priorities.
