Job summary

Places for People Group is seeking a Trampoline Coach to help develop customers' gymnastic skills while delivering progressive lessons in our leisure facilities. You will plan engaging sessions and oversee Assistant Coaches to ensure plans are followed, adhering to British Gymnastic guidelines to help pupils reach their goals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fitness gymnastics or trampoline coaching, be adept at writing lesson plans, and possess strong people skills to motivate pupils

Qualifications

• Develop a career within fitness, specifically gymnastics/trampoline coaching.
• Experience writing lesson plans and delivering progressive sessions.
• Up-to-date coaching techniques and safeguarding awareness.
• Strong people skills to motivate pupils and discuss progress with parents.

More About Your Role

As a Trampoline Coach you will be help and develop customer's gymnastic skills when using our equipment. You will plan and prepare engaging and progressive lesson plans and be responsible for ensuring Assistant Coaches deliver your lesson plans. You will stay up to date with British Gymnastic guidelines ensuring your pupils get the best training possible and achieve their goals and badges.

More About You

You will have developed a career within the fitness industry, specifically gymnastics and/or trampoline based teaching. You will be experienced in writing lesson plans and be up to date with gymnastic coaching techniques. You will also have good people skills and be able to motivate pupils and discuss their progress with them and their parents.
