Qualifications

Role: Training Content Creator

Day rate: £300-£350pd outside IR35, remote

Overview

We are currently looking for a training content creator to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences that support IT and software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of instructional design principles, expertise in Articulate Rise, and the ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, learner-focused content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and publish interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Rise, ensuring alignment with project objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Translate complex IT processes and system workflows into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
  • Create supporting training materials, including job aids, quick reference guides (QRGs), how-to videos, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT implementation teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content.
  • Partner with change management and communications teams to coordinate messaging and training rollout plans.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience developing eLearning content, ideally in IT or software implementation contexts.
  • Proven expertise in Articulate Rise (Articulate Storyline experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and transform it into learner-friendly materials.Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
