The Role
As a Training Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a dynamic role ideal for experienced training analysts or those with domain expertise in Mission Systems (e.g., ISR, EW, UAS, communications, networks) looking to transition into the training line of business.
Day-to-day, you’ll apply instructional design principles and project management skills to create and evaluate training programmes aligned with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT). You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, military personnel, and technical teams to ensure training is effective, engaging and mission ready.
This role is full time 37, hours per week requires and will require regular travel across a range of internal and customer sites on a weekly / monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.
