A reputable healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a part-time Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for staff. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and at least 2 years of training experience in social care settings. Job Type: Part time, Permanent - This is a part‑time position, and the position holder will be required to work 13 days per payroll month. The working days can be discussed in the interview process.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that Healthvision has a skilled and well‑trained workforce who are able to deliver care in accordance with our service requirements. The Training Manager will ensure that training is undertaken by staff to meet our compliance obligations as specified by regulatory organisations. The Training Manager will design the training material, administer the training programme and deliver the training courses.
