Job Title: Training Manager
Location: Salford (with travel as required)
Contract Type: Temp - Perm

  • Experience in instructional design, coaching, and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of FM systems, CMMS, and associated technologies.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work autonomously or in a team.
Desirable
  • Understanding of FM operations and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust Training Strategy and Framework.
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials, manuals, and assessments.
  • Lead onboarding, induction, and ongoing training for team members.
  • Support implementation of FM systems and CMMS processes.
  • Manage training demand in line with business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate training records and continuously improve delivery based on feedback.
  • Provide post-deployment training support and performance reviews.
