A growing hospitality group seeks a passionate Training Manager to design and implement training strategies for multiple brands. This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 to £43,000, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in training within hospitality or management roles with a focus on development.
Training Manager : Multi:Brand Hospitality Group
Salary: A GBP 38,000 - A GBP 43,000 (DOE). Location: Field based. Type: Full-time, Permanent
You will work closely with the Operations and People teams to design and deliver training initiatives across three brands, supporting onboarding and development for front-line and management teams, coordinating training sessions, and helping managers identify learning needs and create development plans. You will also help ensure brand standards and service excellence are embedded across all teams and track training effectiveness and retention.
