Training Manager

Up to £80,000 per annum | Hybrid - London based (with some client travel) | SC Clearance Required

Overview

We are recruiting a Training Manager to join a specialist data and AI consultancy. This role focuses on shaping and scaling in-person training programmes for both developers and end users across Palantir Foundry and Gotham platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer training needs into structured course modules and learning outcomes.
• Oversee and support the delivery of in-person training sessions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and ensure consistency across courses.
• Build, coach, and manage a pool of trainers across data, AI, and Palantir technologies.
• Work with clients to define modules, target audiences, and scheduling.
• Support proposals and client discussions with training insights.
• Contribute to long-term growth plans, including potential digital training products.

Requirements

• Experience in training management or learning & development within a technology or data-focused environment.
• Comfortable with technical concepts and data workflows (Python, TypeScript, or SQL beneficial).
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Enjoy coaching and developing others.
• Hold or be eligible for SC clearance.

Desirable

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or Gotham.
• Exposure to large-scale data or AI programmes.
