Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Training Lead to provide comprehensive training for Conga CPQ implementation in London. You will conduct training needs assessments, create training plans, and manage stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience with Digital Adoption Platforms and E-learning tools, with a strong understanding of sales processes. Job description
Job Overview

My client are looking for an experienced Training Lead to provide end-to-end training expertise to a Conga CPQ implementation. The successful contractor will have demonstrable experience of working on large scale Configure Price Quote/Offer Management solution implementations, ideally having previously created and delivered comprehensive training packages for Conga CPQ.

Responsibilities
  • Work with an established Sales team to carry out training needs analysis and create a training plan to support the move to Conga CPQ.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to positively influence those affected by the change in solution and highlight benefits of the change.
  • Previous experience of working with Digital Adoption Platforms (Apty, Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo) is essential, as this role will involve designing and authoring content on my clients DAP such as walkthroughs and smart tips in order to support the move to Conga CPQ.
  • The role will also involve training Sales Subject Matter Experts to be Super Users to be able to offer peer-to-peer support.
  • A strong understanding of the sales operations and processes is essential, allied with experience of creating E-learning using a range of tools such as Articulate 360 and other Learning Management Systems such as Workday Learning.
