Job description

Are you passionate about supporting the training of colleagues onshore and offshore? Do you want to work in the green offshore wind industry where your skills and expertise will help secure a sustainable future based on renewable energy? Then you might be the Training Coordinator we are looking for.

Cadeler is a global partner in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance, and we are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Training Coordinator to develop, plan, organise and execute training for all Cadelers.

What will you do?

As our new Training Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all training related queries. You will support the development and implementation of training and competency systems as well as training policies and procedures.

Your main tasks include:

  • Organise courses and training programs including liaising with training providers and delegates.
  • Coordinate the logistics of internal training sessions including venues, bookings and all other audio and visual equipment.
  • Coordinate booking of flights, rail tickets, hire cars and hotels for training courses.
  • Assist with the induction and initial documentation for all employees.
  • Input and maintain data in the HR & Training database and create reports to be analysed.
To succeed in this role

Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Your environmental considerations and the safety of our people and the planet will be a key priority in your daily work.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic profile, who is self‑motivated and able to work with direction but little supervision. You are analytical, detail oriented and take pride in executing tasks effectively and to a high standard. You know how to prioritize your work, and you enjoy organising your day in a busy environment. Furthermore, you possess strong communications skills and building great relationships internally and externally comes natural to you.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:

  • Work experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of marine legislation and competency requirements for operational personnel.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as databases and database entry requirements.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Come work with us!

By becoming a Cadeler employee, you will be part of a rapidly growing company with a diverse and energetic team. We offer an exciting position focused on delivering excellence in the face of interesting new challenges, within a positive and rewarding work environment in an international company with great development possibilities.

Cadeler is headquartered in Copenhagen, but we also have offices in Vejle, Norwich (UK), US, and Taiwan, as well as colleagues working offshore aboard our fleet of Wind Farm Installation Vessels (WFIV).
