Position Overview

As the Training Content Adaptation Manager, you play a key role in adapting training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness for assigned markets. This role is essential in ensuring that global training content resonates locally, drives performance, and enhances learner experiences across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt Training Content
    • Adapt training materials for specific markets, ensuring content is relevant, culturally appropriate, and aligns with local regulations and standards
    • Modify global training content to suit regional needs while maintaining consistency and alignment with overarching training goals
  • Evaluate Effectiveness and Ensure Consistency
    • Assess the impact of adapted training content by evaluating learner feedback, performance outcomes, and knowledge retention
    • Provide constructive feedback on training content and delivery to support the continuous improvement of materials
    • Maintain global consistency in training materials while tailoring them to meet regional demands
    • Work closely with local market teams to ensure all content is accurate, clear, and reflects company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support Teams
    • Provide ongoing support to local teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and knowledge to implement the training successfully
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content adaptation and delivery
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., franchises, global training, medical, marketing) to gather input and ensure training content reflects the latest insights and market needs
    • Coordinate with local markets to ensure content aligns with their specific requirements and supports their learning objectives
    • Serve as the primary liaison to disseminate best practices and knowledge throughout various markets and across the international training, development, and adaptation team

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in content adaptation, instructional design, or training development, preferably within the assigned market(s) context
  • Experience designing e-learning and authoring in e-learning platforms
  • Experience in med tech, fintech, or other regulated industry is a plus
