You're a passionate professional ready to make a significant impact. You bring to the table:

  • A solid background in Social Care or Health, backed by a qualifying degree.
  • Deep expertise in current legislation, particularly the Care Act.
  • A profound understanding of the Adult Social Care sector, its regulations, best practices, and legislative frameworks, including the ASYE programme and Apprenticeships.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at building powerful partnerships with external agencies.
  • Proven experience in budget management, ensuring cost-effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
  • A spirit of adventure and adaptability, ready for hybrid working and eager to explore our breathtakingly vibrant county.
  • Experience in confidently leading and managing staff.
