A leading training provider is seeking an Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor to mentor apprentices in London and the South East. The role involves delivering tailored training, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with Early Years standards. Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach
Support apprentices to achieve Early Years standards through coaching, mentoring and training delivery. Use your safeguarding knowledge, EYFS expertise and assessment skills to drive learner progress, Functional Skills, and high-quality outcomes across early years settings.

LOCATION: Home based with travel to your caseload of learners covering London and South East England
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach to mentor and guide apprentices through their programmes, aligning delivery to EYFS and apprenticeship standards while embedding safeguarding and inclusive practice.
As an Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach you will plan engaging training, carry out progress reviews and assessments, and provide constructive feedback that builds knowledge, skills and behaviours. You’ll liaise with employers to create purposeful on-the-job learning.
The Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach will also support Functional Skills, maintain compliant documentation and champion wellbeing, equality and health and safety across early years environments.
