Are you ready to be part of a team that shapes the future of nuclear education in the UK? EDF Energy's Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) is seeking a dedicated NSA Training Administrator to join our dynamic team at Gloucester Business Park.
EDF Energy NSA provides technical training programs and courses to support the compliance and continual improvement of our existing Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) and Advanced Gas‑cooled Reactor (AGR) fleet. Additionally, we contribute to the development and delivery of new programs for Hinkley Point C (HPC) and future UK reactor designs. As an NSA Training Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring training standards and procedures are met, fostering excellence and high‑quality training delivery.
The NSA is a collaborative effort between EDF Energy Generation and Nuclear New Build (NNB), dedicated to delivering technical skills and competencies essential for EDF Energy's nuclear businesses. The NSA brings together technical training teams from EDF Energy's Nuclear Power Academy (NPA) and NNB. It is responsible for developing, delivering, and assuring training solutions that support the competence of HPC, SZC, and existing nuclear generation staff. You will report functionally to the Business Services Lead.
The Training Administrator will ensure the efficient use of training resources, provide guidance on training administration matters across the fleet, support the Nuclear Skills Alliance training processes and principally deliver commitments to support the Fleet Performance Improvement Team commitment for Training, Organisational Learning and Human Performance in support of governance and oversight which is the main focus of this role. This role may involve travel between stations and EDF Group locations.
