A commercial flight training academy is seeking an experienced Training Administrator to manage Student and Instructor records accurately. The role involves monitoring flight hours, assisting with licence applications, and supporting the management team. Ideal candidates will have strong data entry skills, effective communication abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment. This full-time position requires on-site work Monday to Friday, with occasional business travel.

We are looking for an experienced, driven administrator to join our growing team. As the Training Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all records for Students and Instructors are kept up to date and assist in ensuring applications for licences are submitted accurately, along with any other related administration.
Monday – Friday (40 hours) on‑site.
Occasional business travel may be required.
